I have been in the Logistics, Distribution, Retail Marketing, Customer
Service, Merchandising, and Coordination for both Trading and Manufacturing
business local and international.Excellent and experienced working within
the luxury retail market industry for than 6 years.
My most recent experience has been handling orders both local and export |(
KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman ) in Reebok Middle East (
Ftwr/app/accs/ fitness equipment industry)
Daily update of free stock report
Handle shipments for both Local and Foreign Customers 
Entering data related to customer orders for logistics services using a
variety of applications and propriety systems.
Prepare Proforma Invoice (determine customers' sense-of-urgency and process
quotes and orders accordingly) 
Maintaining accurate records of daily orders, electronically and hardcopy
Coordinate with Warehouse Operation for Packing Details and Readiness of
customer's orders.
Process customers orders and follow up with Warehouse Operation Team for
timely delivery 
Preparing shipment documents Commercial Sales Invoice, Packing List
Delivery Advise, HS Code Summary, Implementation, Certificate of Origin and
shipment details (Destination, No. of packages, CMB, item description)
Coordinating multiple schedules for a variety of service providers in the
daily effort to complete order demand
Coordinate with Warehouse Operation and forwarders regarding shipping
Document requirements and Schedule of Collection or Delivery of shipments 
Synchronize with Warehouse, Customers and Forwarders for the Export
schedules  and monitor outgoing deliveries and Making confirmation for
deliveries to Sates Team and with different Customers .
Update clients in case of delay and discrepancies in orders 
Responding to customer and management inquires regarding service schedules,
inventory & shipment status.
Communicating with service providers with daily order registration,
delivery confirmations, POD, and other issues as required.
Maintaining daily reports to ensure orders and schedules are completed.
Responsible for keeping all important documents 
Establishing and maintaining strong communications with sales operation
Service Provider and customers.
Accept calls and do other duties as required
